The Pinot Noir red, a light fruity blend that is very easy to drink.
Healthy and natural, this stunning alcohol-free Grenach Cinsault is produced with organic grapes, in complete respect of the environment. It was developed by Best Sommelier of France Dominique Laporte, using an innovative fermentation-free method. An aromatic blend designed to accompany an apéritif or poultry.
Ingredients: Grape infusion (water, grape extract), grape juice* (24%), natural flavourings, acidifying agents: citric acid, malic acid, concentrate (elderberry*, apple*, blackcurrant*), carbon dioxide.

A deep ruby colour with glowing pink tints, the nose reveals aromas of red fruit, cherry and light touches of undergrowth and sweet spices. The palate is distinguished, with fruity cherry flavours and fine woody notes giving the blend roundness and delicate tannins.
Perfect with roast poultry, pigeon with mushrooms, veal fillet, grilled tuna steak, quail with grapes or Boeuf Bourguignon.

Serve between 14 and 16°C.
