You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to return any item that does not suit you.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Order number
Designation of the product(s) concerned
Reason for return

2. Prepare and send the package

Make sure the product(s) are intact , unopened And in their original packaging
Please enclose a copy of the email or a piece of paper clearly stating your order number and the returned items.

Without follow-up, no complaints will be accepted .

Product received broken or damaged

Despite all the care taken in preparing our packages, it may happen that a product is damaged during transport.
If you notice upon receipt that your package is damaged or that an item is broken:

Take photos of the package, the damaged product, and the shipping label as soon as you open it.
Contact our customer service within 48 hours at the following address:

Our team will analyze your request and get back to you quickly with a suitable solution: product return, refund or credit.
