Ingredients

250 g of mature Comté cheese

250 g of Beaufort cheese

250 g of Emmental or Gruyère cheese

1 clove of garlic

300 ml of Blanc Petit Béret

1 tsp cornstarch (Maïzena type)

1 tbsp water

Pepper, nutmeg

Cubed country bread (ideally stale bread)

Preparation

1. Prepare the fondue pot
Rub the inside of the fondue pot with the halved garlic clove to flavor.

2. Heat the white
Pour the Blanc Petit Béret into the fondue pot. Heat over low heat until simmering.

3. Add the cheeses
Grate or cut the cheese into small cubes.
Add little by little to the white, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon, until completely melted.

4. Bind the fondue
Dissolve the cornstarch in a tablespoon of cold water, then add it to the fondue.
Stir until the fondue thickens slightly.
Season with a little pepper and grated nutmeg.

5. Serve
Place the fondue pot on a stove in the center of the table.
Dip the bread cubes into the fondue, even better in good company
