This Grand Millesime is the fruit of a meticulous selection of four noble grape varieties: Syrah (50%), Grenache (30%), Cinsault (19%) and Mourvèdre (1%), harvested by hand from octogenarian vines. The founders, committed to a short supply chain approach, have given priority to the terroirs of the Saint Chinan AOC and the Occitanie region.
Under the supervision of Dominique Laporte, Meilleur Ouvrier and Sommelier de France, this beverage is the result of ten years' research into the perfect harmony between food and this unique product. The limited edition N°1 is an invitation to explore new dimensions of taste, without alcohol.

Rich and smooth on the palate, with flavours of black fruit and sweet spices, leading to a long, velvety finish. Served at a temperature of 14 degrees, it promises a memorable taste experience.
