An intense purple robe with deep crimson nuances. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, liquorice, spices and subtle notes of vanilla. Its hearty, full body characteristic of the Cabernet grape is underlined by a hint of freshness which gives way to perfect, rich, rounded tannins offering a beautiful structure in the mouth.
Roast poultry, grilled red meat, veal chops with chanterelles, duck breast with cherries, or simply as an apéritif.
Serve between 14 and 16°C. To be enjoyed within 48 hours max. after opening. Store in a cool place.
