Intense ruby red colour with purple nuances, the nose brings out intense notes of red and black fruit, raspberries, strawberries and black cherries. The mouth is velvety, delicate and silky with fruity flavours charming the palate and light tannins bringing an elegant structure with finesse.
With a main course, lasagne, lamb casserole with flageolet beans, vegetables and herbs, grilled white meat and marinated tuna.
Serve between 14 and 16°C. To be enjoyed within 48 hours max. after opening. Store in a cool place.
