Cabernet Sauvignon: An intense purple robe with deep crimson nuances. Complex aromas of blackcurrant, violet, black pepper, liquorice, spices and subtle notes of vanilla. Its hearty, full body characteristic of the Cabernet grape is underlined by a hint of freshness which gives way to perfect, rich, rounded tannins offering a beautiful structure in the mouth.
Organic rosé: Behind the shimmering grenadine pink, the nose gives off charming intense aromas of cherry, redcurrant, raspberry and grapefruit. The palate is voluptuous and fruity with lovely citrus notes giving it a nice freshness and persistence.
Sweet Muscat: With the intense nose typical of the Muscat grape, ripe fruit aromas mingle harmoniously with fresh floral notes and fine notes of rose, lychee and ripe pineapple making the whole complex and intoxicating. The palate is gentle, with its sweetness highlighting the pineapple, lychee and more delicate rose petal aromas.

Sweet sparkling Muscat: Pale yellow with straw hues and delicate bubbles, the nose reveals a floral character, fine notes of fresh fruit, fresh apple, subtle touches of yeast, undergrowth, mushroom, truffle, toast and fresh butter. The palate will charm you with its freshness, balance and lively fruit flavours. The bubbles are perfectly integrated and prolong the persistence with elegance.
Sparkling Rosé: Pink in colour with fine persistent bubbles, the nose exudes aromas of ripe fruit, red fruit, cherry and raspberry, fine touches of brioche, fresh butter, delicate notes of yeast and undergrowth. The mouth has a charmingly fruity dimension which gives way to fresher notes.
Blanc de Blancs: Pale yellow with straw hues and delicate bubbles, the nose reveals a floral character, fine notes of fresh fruit, fresh apple, subtle hints of yeast, undergrowth, mushroom, truffle, toast and fresh butter.
