Its ruby color makes us discover a vast aromatic palette. The nose reveals aromas of red fruits, cherries and fine touches of undergrowth and sweet spices. The palate is distinguished, fruity cherry and finely woody flavors give the whole roundness with melted and delicate tannins.
Ideal with roast poultry, pigeon with mushrooms, veal tenderloin, grilled tuna steak, quail with grapes or beef Bourguignon.
Serve between 7 and 9°C.
After opening, consume within 48 hours and keep refrigerated.
